Coface is delighted to announce the appointment of Benoit Urbin as our new country manager for the UK and Ireland. Benoit will replace Frederic Bourgeois, who, after nearly 11 years as country manager, has decided to continue his career away from Coface.
Benoit will officially start his new role on July 1, 2023, having worked alongside Frederic during a handover period. Benoit brings a wealth of experience with him, having spent nearly 10 years at Coface in various senior positions, including Chief Commercial Officer for Western Europe, Managing Director for Canada, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer in North America.
Speaking about his appointment, Benoit said, “I’m thrilled to be taking over as Country Manager for the UK and Ireland. I’m looking forward to meeting and working closely with our estimated partners to deliver the highest level of service and expertise to our joint clients. Frederic has done a great job growing our presence in both countries, and I am very excited about the opportunity that lies ahead of us.”
